Instructor Jody Fenter has taught this class for over 10 years, and you can plan to spend 25 minutes standing, then 25 minutes on the mat. Divided between yoga and Pilates, this form of exercise is very doable, even for those who haven’t been working out. This slow and controlled class will give you lots of stretching, lot of back exercises, and an overall good workout!
This beginners class will meet once a week in the Glenn F. Fenter Athletic Complex Gymnasium every Wednesday during the month of April beginning April 3, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
Participants will need:
- comfortable clothing
- a yoga mat
- water
