The ServSafe® program provides food safety training for food service managers. In this course, you will earn the ServSafe® Food Production Manager certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as required by Arkansas Food Safety State Regulations and Arkansas Department of Health. Textbook and exam voucher are included in the cost, and participants who pass the exam will receive a ServSafe Food Production Manager Certification good for five years.
