As you may have experienced recently, our conversion to Ellucian Banner has created challenges in our ability to serve our students in as timely a manner as we would like. As we process student admissions and financial aid paperwork for the fall semester, we are asking for your patience with our Student Services group. Beginning Wednesday, August 9 through Friday, August 12, in-person student services in the Admissions/Registrar’s and Financial Aid offices will be available from 12:30pm – 4:30pm only. You may walk-in during those hours and no appointment is needed. If you need immediate assistance at times outside of this window, simply email myadvisor@asumidsouth.edu for more immediate help. For less urgent questions or requests, you may email our Admissions/Registrar’s Office (admissions@asumidsouth.edu) or our Financial Aid Office (finaid@asumidsouth.edu), and someone will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Late Fee Waiver
We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary change of office hours may cause. Please know that the issues we are experiencing, while frustrating, are temporary. We remain committed to providing YOU, our students, with the service and support you have come to expect and look forward to providing you with a much better experience in the days to come. Because we know that timeliness of service has been challenging, both for us and for you, we are waiving the late registration fee for students scheduled to begin classes on Wednesday, August 17th.
