Responsibilities: Responsibility for instruction, curriculum development, assessment of student learning. Teaching schedule may include, but not limited to Restaurant Layout & Design and Beverage Management; day and/or evening hours.
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Resort Management, Hospitality Services, or closely related field with previous teaching experience, preferably at a community college. Priority will be given to those who have 3-5 years of experience in Restaurant Layout & Design and Beverage Management, have taught Introduction to Hospitality Management, Professionalism in Hospitality, Hospitality Information Systems, and/or Nutrition and Menu Planning.
